This is the fourth year of Migration Matters Festival, bringing Sheffield’s many cultures and communities together in a celebration of migration, sanctuary and identity running parallel to the national Refugee Week.

This year the festival returns to an 8-day programme, featuring the likes of spoken word legend Benjamin Zephaniah and his band The Revolutionary Minds at The Leadmill, award-winning author of The Good Immigrant, Nikesh Shukla at The Crucible. Refugee ensemble Phosphoros Theatre are part of an exceptional theatre programme at Theatre Deli & internationally acclaimed Seyed Ali Jaberi & the Hamdel Ensemble will give us a night to remember at The Abbeydale Picture House.

This is your opportunity to nab yourself a festival pass for the week to see all of the events at your disposal. We recommend for everyone getting a pass to reserve a free ticket to ensure you can gain entry into each and every desired event you plan to go to during the week.
